Photoshop Filter Forge for Mac
Today Adobe annouced the launch of its Photoshop plug-in, Filter Forge, for Mac OS X. This powerful plug-in allows Photoshop artists to create their own filters and download thousands of user-generated filters to generate textures, create visual effects, and enhance photos. Currently there are about 6,000 filters available for download with Filter Forge.
To promote the launch of Filter Forge for Mac, Adobe is offering a special 30% discount on all Filter Forge purchases. The Starter-1 Edition is only $6, and allows you to download one filter from the thousands of user-made filters. The Basic Edition is $69 for a limited time, and it grants you access to every available filter (that’s only 1 cent per filter!). The Pro Edition includes all of the advanced filter creation tools and sells for $209.
