I have been to H&R Block in the past, and although I felt like it was one of the more costly options I was satisfied that my taxes were done properly. Mind you, I don't have a lot of aspects in my financial profile that would make my taxes very complicated... so H&R Block may have been overkill. The following year H&R Block gave me a coupon but instead I decided to try out one program which you mentioned, "Tax Act". It seems to do the trick and I have found it to be one of the cheaper methods. But again... this is likely best for somebody without a complicated financial profile.
