Microsoft announced that Outlook with Business Contact Manager 2010 would only be available via volume licensing. After realizing many users of Outlook Contact Manager wouldn’t want or need to use volume licensing, Microsoft amended its prior plans and is providing a way for customers to download Business Contact Manager 2010 as an upgrade to Outlook 2010.
